Cloud 29 is seeking responsible, trustworthy individuals who are passionate about the cannabis industry and aspire to be part of a team committed to a customer experience that is second to none for our London location

Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting every customer with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to guide and determine the best options for customers both experienced and new to the cannabis industry.
- Answer questions and concerns while staying within compliance of AGCO guidelines
- Ensure AGCO Compliance in all transactions and inventory records
- Participate in ongoing company training programs
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Assist with opening/closing and overall store maintenance
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
- CannSell Certification (mandatory)
- Police Clearance (upon hiring)
- Experience in a front facing customer service role
- In depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains and consumption methods
- Knowledge of products in store and online.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to use a POS system
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Available for shifts at all times days, evenings, weekends
- This is primarily a WEEKEND position. Applicant must be available to work all shifts from thursday to sunday.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cansell Certification (required)
