**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and networking.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 per week

- Bonus pay

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
