**Trapped Canada**:

- We are one of the largest real-life escape game chains in North America, with current 30+ locations across Canada. **Trapped Ottawa** location is hiring passionate and energetic individual to help support it's managing director. We're expanding at a fast pace along with a large number of career opportunities opening up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- **Personal Assistance**: Assist with personal errands, including shopping, organizing, and managing household-related tasks.
- **Family Support**: Provide logístical support for family activities, including coordinating appointments, transportation, and daily schedules.
- **Child-Related Coordination**: Assist with planning and managing children’s activities, ensuring their schedules align with executive commitments.
- **Event Planning**: Help plan and organize corporate and family events, including coordination with vendors and venues.
- **Household Management**: Oversee household staff and ensure the home runs smoothly, including light meal preparation and occasional housekeeping.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the executive team and external parties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, both professionally and personally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to manage both professional and personal responsibilities.
- Experience with childcare or family support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
