Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Trainer to join our team. As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment for all clients.

**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for clients
- Conduct training sessions on various safety topics, including Working at Heights, Asbestos Type 1 & 2, Confined Space Entry, Elevated Work Platform, Ground Disturbance, Traffic Control Book 7, and equipment training and many more
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding safety policies and procedures
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Safety Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage participants during training sessions
- Experience in training development, including the ability to fabricate engaging training materials
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in occupational health and safety is preferred
