**Responsibilities**
- Spearheading marketing initiatives: social media, blogs, advertising, E Commerce, Etc.
- Sales support, assisting customers with their needs
- Web support and maintenance
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Data entry, processing sales orders, purchase orders, etc.
- Assist in coordinating efforts to execute plans efficiently and effectively for all business functions
- Support management initiatives; assisting in all functions with both customers and suppliers, escalating issues to management when required

**Workday schedule**:

- Mon to Fri (9am-5pm) In office only

**Requirements and qualifications**
- College/ University Education in a business-related field (Admin, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Experience in Sales would be considered an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate and read in English (French would be an asset)
- A design oriented individual with Multi Media skills (Photography, Videograpy, Editing, etc.)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and scheduling software such as Heropost or Hootsuite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a dynamic role
- An outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player willing to take initiative and will thrive in a fast-paced work environment
