**THE ROLE**
- This role is designed for an experienced bookkeeping/payroll professional looking for a better work-life balance and the opportunity for continued learning and development

**THE FIRM**
- Growing, entrepreneurial, and modern accounting firm working mainly with small to medium sized businesses across a range of industries
- Bright, newly renovated modern office in the west-end of Kingston
- We utilize an array of cloud-based software and communication tools to work efficiently and keep in touch throughout the day
- You'll work alongside three CPA co-owners and a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative and relaxed environment

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND BACKGROUND**
- Primary responsibilities include providing payroll support and compliance services and full-cycle bookkeeping for our growing customer base
- The role will involve some payroll processing, therefore, Payroll Certification is considered an asset (not required though)
- Bookkeeping/Accounting postsecondary diploma preferred. Consideration given to an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient with payroll and bookkeeping software, preferably cloud based (Wagepoint, Xero and QBO). We are looking for someone that is tech-savvy
- Establish and maintain highly valued, trusting customer relationships and provide bookkeeping, payroll and software guidance and support to customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour
