Peacehold Inc. requires a full-time Administrative Associate with exceptional organizational skills to be part of our specialized team.

The basic job requirements are:
~ High School diploma; Post-secondary diploma from a recognized community college is preferred
~ proven experience in an administrative position
~ knowledge of office management systems and procedures
~ excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
~ bilingual in written and spoken French is a definite asset
~ adept in technology; high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
~ minimum 50 wpm typing
~ excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
~ attention to detail and problem solving skills
~ professional and compassionate telephone manner
~ can work independently as well as with a team
~ ability to work in a manner that models best practices in confidentiality standards
~ promotes a customer-focused culture in alignment with the company’s core values and guiding principles
~ a criminal background check is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
