The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)is accountable to the Department of Economic Development through a reporting relationship with the Deputy Minister of Economic Development. Leading Invest Nova Scotia, the CEO is a catalyst for sustainable economic growth and is responsible for the execution of the corporation’s mandate. They work in collaboration with the Minister, Advisory Board and diverse stakeholders across government and the external community to enable an inclusive, thriving economic ecosystem throughout the province.

The President & CEO is a collaborative leader who inspires and motivates others to achieve the shared vision.They provide exceptional leadership, strategic direction and drive operational excellence to grow and scale businesses. The President & CEO is a catalyst for building relationships both inside and outside the organization, including a range of business, government, and community partners.
