**Position Overview**: *
The Control Center Specialist provides administrative support in the completion and processing of all service and warranty related issues for internal/external and dealer network clients. They are responsible for dealer compensation, service upgrade orders, maintaining the Dispatch log and handling of various correspondences for both internal and external clients on a regular basis.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Processing Dealer Compensation for completed work orders
- Maintain and keep Dispatch Log up to date with dealer payment inquiries or warranty status updates
- Processing/Dispatching Conversion, Repair or Recovery Work Orders as required
- Prepare correspondence - Both Internal and External Clients
- Maintain files and customer accounts as required
- Coach Dealers/Departments on Policy and Procedure when required
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to resolve problems/issues in a prompt and efficient manner
- Flexible and ability to adjust schedule when needed in order to accommodate business needs when required
