**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
If you are passionate about everything to do with digital campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role would be perfect for you Your main responsibilities will be to oversee campaign productions from A to Z, communicate daily with various departments and keep up with day-to-day tasks. You are a quick learner and problem solver who can adapt to any and every situation that may come your way As a digital producer, you will cover:
Project Scoping
- Work with the department leads to develop scopes of work and pricing, based on business and functional requirements
- Assist the account supervisor/director in the creation of proposals and project plans
Project Management
- Develop, implement and manage project plans
- Create and update project boards and timelines in Mavenlink
- Ensure proper change management documentation is executed as scope changes or project priorities shift, and that new requirements are communicated to project teams
- Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis
- Responsible for allocation of Creative, Strategic, UX, Developer and QA resources on projects in conjunction with our directors of production.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- University degree or college diploma in marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience, ideally monitoring projects from various levels of complexity
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (working knowledge of French is definitely a plus)
- A compelling, persuasive communicator that employees are drawn to and want to work with
- Resourceful, tenacious, detail oriented and driven to meet deadlines
