Qualitest is looking for Technical Project Managers in the US
This is a Remote Position
Technical project manager is primarily responsible for managing the test environment team and setting up a new Test Environment for the project.
**Requirements**:
1 Technical Project Management experience (not going to be a hands on architect)
2 mainframe knowledge (core technology that this person will be working with)
**Background**: technical PM capabilities and Environment Management (more of the process change side rather than actually doing the technical piece, but need to know enough of the technical side to speak to it, point out areas for improvement and document it - but not actually making technical changes to the mainframe for example)
Technical role that is a good collaborator and can document our future state test strategy
From mainframe to distributed to cloud
~10 years experience in QA and/or PM experience
Have recent experience in Test Environment Management (TEM) or PM role
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with Agile
Nice to have
Experienced Scrum master
Financial Services (Loan) experience / banking experience
Job and responsibilities
Serve as Project Manager, utilizing and adhering to Test Environment Management best practices and established policies
Monitoring the timeline, the resource capacity, and other KPI and get that to align with the project
Communicating with the stakeholders
Scope and allocate resources for assigned project
