**Job Duties**
- Coordinate the daily flow of both clients and staff. Managing staff's schedule and client bookings.
- As customers enter, greet them and make sure they are comfortable.
- Control, keep track of inventory, as well as work with distributors to create orders.
- First point of contact for inquiries or complaints. Problems may arise, be ready to tackle them.
- Educate clients on products and services.
- Package and ship online orders. Prepare in-store pickup orders as well.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of management/customer service experience.
- Beauty, skincare, and spa background.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Google Docs, and computer knowledge.
- Saturday availability
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities

Studios Vis a Vis is a skincare facial spa located in Toronto. We specialize in facials and offer a full range of esthetic services. Our staff consists of professional Estheticians that are passionate about the beauty and cosmetic industry. We are looking to add a leader to our team that will ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6G 1C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Spa setting: 2 years (preferred)
