**Crew chief**:
**Position Summary**:
The Landscaping Crew Chief is responsible for managing a team of landscaping technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of landscaping technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to crew members.
- Maintain accurate records of employee work time
- Work with the Project Manager to develop project timelines and ensure that work is completed on schedule.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are on hand and in good working condition.
- Train crew members on proper techniques and best practices in landscaping.
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Ensure that crew members adhere to safety regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of landscaping technicians.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 pounds.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 0B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (required)
