**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and customized nail enhancements that leave clients in awe.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and providing personalized nail care.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation practices in line with industry standards to ensure a safe, clean environment.
- Share your expertise with clients by recommending top-quality products and at-home care routines.
- Engage with retail sales by offering clients the perfect products for maintaining their beautiful nails between visits.
- Keep your workspace organized and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that enhances the client experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, keeping your services innovative and on point.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're a natural at building rapport with clients.
- A passion for nails and beauty trends with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- A dedication to cleanliness and following sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Experience with retail sales and upselling products is a plus, but enthusiasm and a desire to learn are even more important
