**Who We're Looking For**

We are seeking a professional, skilled, and adaptable Videographer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with professional video and camera equipment. This is a project-based, in-office role for someone who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver high-quality video content.

The successful applicant must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work efficiently under deadlines, as we require a quick turnaround for videos. Completed videos must be edited, polished, and ready for publication approximately one week from filming.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate professional video equipment to capture high-quality footage for training courses, promotional material, and digital content
- Edit, refine, and produce videos for multiple platforms (online courses, YouTube, website, and social media)
- Meet project deadlines and ensure videos are ready for publication approximately one week from filming
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, organize, and execute video projects
- Ensure video quality, lighting, and audio meet professional standards
- Maintain and manage on-site video equipment, ensuring it is set up and functioning correctly
- Suggest creative approaches and improvements for video production and presentation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Professional videography experience with a strong portfolio
- Extensive hands-on experience with Sony cameras, ATEM Mini Pro ISO, Elgato Camera Hub, Elgato Stream Deck, and ATEM Software
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of video production, lighting, audio capture, and post-production workflows
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
- Flexible availability for project-based work
- Professional references required

**Bonus Skills (Assets, Not Required)**
- Experience producing educational or training content
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Photography experience

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Project-based role with a flexible schedule; hours vary depending on projects
- Compensation based on experience; current placeholder rate CA$25.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling allows the videographer to manage multiple projects efficiently
