**What We Need**

We are looking for a **Billing Specialist** who will be responsible for the billing and revenue functions of the Company, and reports to the International Accountant. The position assists in all aspects of billing, payment processing, reconciliation, business relationships, record keeping, auditing, and data analysis.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external Customers by ensuring timely billing on accounts.
- The ability to effectively explain and respond to Customer questions related to invoices, payment, contract terms, and other related items.
- Assist with Special Billing Arrangements for specified Customers.
- Issues Credits as assigned and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy of customer data regarding billing address and other contact information.
- Contact Customer not currently remitting payment and updating billing in system. Prepare billing reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- The position of Billing Specialist requires strong attention to detail, ability to pivot between tasks, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of billing standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, NetSuite ERP system, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work well both with groups and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. 3 years of billing experience.
