**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct examinations of cats and dogs to assess their health and diagnose any conditions.
- Develop treatment plans for various medical conditions, including administering vaccinations, medications, and performing surgeries as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their animal's health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
- Participate in laboratory work as necessary, including interpreting laboratory results to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

**Experience**
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Valid veterinary license in Ontario.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
