We are currently recruiting for a Summer Camps Program Coordinator to work out of the Sudbury office. The program coordinator will play a vital role in booking facilities and venues for camp program delivery and deliver outstanding customer service to parents and families registering for programming.
**Position Highlights**:
- Book summer camp facilities for all 35 communities across Northern Ontario
- Provide basic tech support for the online registration system
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a coordinator
- Exceptional customer service skills and service mindset
- Outstanding clerical/administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills and superior aptitude for problem solving
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in French is required
This is role is based out of our main facility at 100 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury and requires predominantly onsite work, Monday to Friday, with occasional need for evening and weekend work. Not suitable for remote work.
