**About the Organization and Position**

Well known global financial advisory services firm specializing in investor programs for residence and citizenship programs is searching for a **Sales Coordinator** to support the VP of Sales in the Montreal office. This important role will connect the firm to ultimately empower individuals and families to become global citizens by investing in second residences and citizenship around the world.

**Responsibilities**
- **Use internal CRM and/or line of business software to update lead statuses and** **handling potential clients over the phone to further qualify them for programs.**:

- **Organize contacts and administer all CRM efforts.**:

- **Coordinate presales efforts as may be required by the sales team.**:

- **Follow up on leads and other contacts as may be required.**:

- **Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as may be**

**required.**
- **Work in close relation with the Program Managers to secure the flawless and efficient**

**service and channel the communication flows with Clients and Consultants.Experience**
- **Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving**:

- **University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar**:

- **Team player, collaborative, reliable, flexible and cooperative with a high level of** **dedication;**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills;**:

- **Previous experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus**

Pay: $48,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus
