**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
- Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, framing, drywall installation, concrete work, flooring, and painting
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Keep job site clean and organized
- Ensure that all work complies with building codes and regulations
- Complete tasks within a given timeline
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction work
- Knowledge of multiple areas of construction
- Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
