**J76's Part-Time Retail Sales Associate**

**About the Role**:
Join J76’s dynamic team as a **Part-Time Retail Sales Associate**, where you’ll use your passion for fashion and people to create memorable customer experiences and help achieve store sales goals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service in a fun, team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personalized wardrobe solutions and style advice
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve service
- Contribute to a collaborative and winning team culture

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
