**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances related to plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians on projects requiring integrated systems.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed for the installation of plumbing fixtures or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with relevant certifications or licenses.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.73-$39.43 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 5 years (required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- 306A License (required)
