ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position include days/midnights shifts..

As we are a 24 hour, 365 days a year environment, you can expect that weekend and holiday work will be a part of your position with us.

Main Responsibilities:

- Respond to alarm signals through the automation software.
- Make outgoing calls to Authorities and Customers advising of signals.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Assist with concerns that pertain to safety and security.
- Make recommendations for improvement that will increase the effectiveness of the service delivery to clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
