**Job description**

Da-Kow Ventures Ltd. is currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our team immediately as a Water Technician. Our Water Technicians assists with rigging in/out equipment as well as operating and maintaining pumps and gensets related to the jobs. We currently perform work in creek diversions, aquadams and frac out controls.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Follow all company policy and procedures
- Safely operate equipment
- Document water flow readings
- Rig in/out of hoses, pumps, gensets etc.
- Ensuring fish screens are kept clean and free of debris
- Completion of required daily paperwork

**Requirements**:

- H2S
- First Aid Level 1
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- CSTS
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Pre-employment drug, alcohol, hearing and respiratory fit test required

Please note that our office is based out of Fort St John and we do not offer accommodations if you are from out of town. We operate 24 hours a day 7 days per week and require workers to work both day and night shifts. Camp work is a requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
