**QUALIFICATIONS**:High school diploma and at least one year of related experience**

**Valid Smart Serve certification**

Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, residents, and guests
- A clear city, provincial or out of province criminal record check for the vulnerable sector is mandatory
- Current First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset

**QUALITIES**:Positive attitude and enjoy working in a team setting**
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build resident rapport and anticipate guests needs
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly as they relate to older adults
- Must possess a strong work ethics
- A passion for learning and professional growth

**POSITION**: This is a part time/Full time position that requires some flexibility situated in Winnipeg.

**Create a memorable dining experience for residents and guests**
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet residents and guest
- Preset menu options, take orders and deliver meals to the tables
- Set and clear tables
- Maintain cleanliness and company standards
- Create and be part of a positive work environment
- Perform various duties that pertain to this role
- Perform Bartending duties to include mixing drinks and serving bar appetizers
- Record liquor inventory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
