Homepro Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the customer serive industry. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a key client liaison, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely, effective resolution of service requests and ongoing support needs.
- Coordinate and optimize technician schedules, balancing efficiency with client satisfaction to maintain high service standards.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or service-based environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer inquiries or scheduling challenges.
- Reliable transportation to and from work for this office-based role.
