**Stone Tile International is looking for a **_**Transfer Van Driver**_ **in the GTA to join our dynamic team**

We are continuously looking for the best and most promising individuals to join our tightknit and unique team. Stone Tile is currently looking to fill one (1) Driver position to support our day-to-day warehousing and delivery needs throughout the GTA.

You are proactive and helpful towards all coworkers and clients and prefer to be involved in the action than sit on the sidelines.

**What will you do?**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager (Caledonia), and taking daily direction from the Team Lead, the Driver will perform many diverse responsibilities, the primary ones are outlined below:
v Ensure correct loading of the vehicle, recording of delivery information, and providing unparalleled customer service.

v Operate and drive the transfer Van. May be needed to drive other vehicles in our Stone Tile Fleet occasionally, as required to meet our delivery schedule.

v Loading and unloading products in a safe manner.

v Perform warehouse duties when available and as needed.

v Drive the forklift as needed.

v Provide feedback to the Lead Hand once deliveries and pickups have been done at each warehouse building.

v Follow the new Samsara routing system to ensure ETA to delivery sites are aligned.

v Take photographs, along with customer signatures for every delivery made.

v Perform periodic inspections before, during, and after delivery to ensure that load is properly fastened down and is secure.

v Communicate with clients one hour prior to delivery to their site. Contact name and phone numbers will be provided to you prior to departure. (5-6 calls a day)

v Provide feedback to supervision regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems.

v Other duties as required.

**What type of experience and skills do you have?**

v 3+ years experience in a related position

v 1+ years of forklift experience

v Valid DZ Driver's License

v Valid Forklift License

v Certified Boom/Crane operator

v Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities

v Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques

v Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner

v Exceptionally high level of hand-eye coordination

v Strong aptitude and ability to provide unparalleled customer service

v Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

v High level of personal integrity

v Must be able to work with little supervision and must be self-directed

v Clean Driver's abstract

v Successful completion of Criminal Background Check
