The **Greenhouse Production Worker **performs tasks to support any of the following: Seeding line, sticking line, transplanting line, production work, order pulling, bulk picking.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with hand seeding or machine seeding
- Planting plants or plugs by hand or transplant line
- Hand sticking plant cuttings
- Spacing of plants, grading, and sorting, pinching, straightening, trimming, weeding and moving
- Picking plants for orders, loading carts, stickering UPCs, sleeving
- Handing plants on Echo lines
- Identifying quality issues to Greenhouse Supervisor or Production Manager
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in performance and output

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- Strong work ethic
- Enjoy working with plants or in a production environment
- Ability to lift, push, pull 20lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours in high season
