Our business specializes in remanufacturing automotive transmission components.
At our facility, every item we work on is unique. Remanufacturing deals with items which have all gone through different usages, as a result, each item must undergo different specialized processes to restore and enhance OEM quality. This means that every day is a new challenge, and we are looking for someone who can handle the complexity of this work.

We are seeking a Parts Cleaner / General Labourer to join our team.

This role has a great emphasis on physical strength and endurance.
A portion of the day will be spent lifting items ranging from 20-50lbs.

**What you will do**:
As a Parts Cleaner / General Labourer, you will be working at the beginning of the production line.

Items are brought in at the loading bay and they will need to be drained of fluid, cut open, and cleaned. The parts cleaner will assist in unloading our vehicles and placing items in the fluid draining area.
Once the items are drained, they will need to be taken to the opening area.
The items will be broken down by an opener and passed through an industrial cleaning machine.
The parts cleaner will then take the items as they come out of the cleaning machine, will dry them off with an air gun, and lightly reassemble them.

Duties Summarized:

- Help unload our vehicles
- Carry items to draining station
- Carry items to opening area
- Dry parts as they come out of industrial cleaning machine
- General labour around the shop
- Capable of lifting items ranging from 20-50lbs repeatedly throughout an eight (8) hour shift.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time

No experience necessary, however we are looking for someone with a proven track record of reliability.

This is a full-time position, and hours are Mon-Thurs 7.30am to 4:30pm, Fri-7.30AM-2PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
