**Job Summary**:
As a Forklift Operator and Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations by efficiently managing order dispatch and receipt. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced warehouse machinery and technology, supporting the overall logístical workflow. You will contribute directly to on-time delivery performance, maintaining precision and organizational excellence in a dynamic setting.

**Primary Duties**:

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines to prevent accidents and damage.
- Pack, wrap, strap, and seal orders meticulously to guarantee product protection during handling and transit.
- Conduct regular inventory audits by performing physical counts to ensure stock accuracy and support supply chain integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment by performing routine janitorial tasks and organizing materials systematically.
- Inspect warehouse equipment daily, promptly reporting any issues or maintenance needs to reduce downtime and enhance operational reliability.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse policies and procedures related to receiving, storage, and distribution to optimize workflow and comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate timely loading and unloading activities, ensuring all dispatches meet scheduled timelines.
- Implement transportation and distribution procedures focused on maximizing efficiency and minimizing delivery delays.
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team.

**Qualifications**:

- Physically capable of handling the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 80 pounds intermittently.
- Demonstrates excellent spatial awareness, manual dexterity, and the ability to maneuver heavy equipment safely within confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols.
- Adept at following detailed instructions and maintaining meticulous records related to inventory counts and equipment inspections.
- Ability to maintain concentration and perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail in a moderate noise environment.
- Commitment to uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

**Education / Experience**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required to ensure fundamental skills in literacy and numeracy.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory management, or traffic coordination preferred, providing familiarity with warehouse operations and logístical workflows.
- Certification or prior training in forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
