**Position Overview
TLS is currently seeking an ERP Implementation Project Manager_ _for a full-time position to join our
growing team The role will be based out of our head office in Markham.

The ERP Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating our Sage ERP
implementation, alongside our Implementation Team. The PM will work with all departments and our
external development team to coordinate each phase of the project, creating timelines and maintaining
the project budget, KPIs and project status updates. This role will report to our Vice President of IT.

**Responsibilities **

Leads internal project team of experts from functional areas across the organization.

Works closely with the Project Manager of our software vendor through all phases of the project.

Be accountable for the scope, timeline and budget for the project.

Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Assign team responsibilities, monitor progress, and motivate team members appropriately to
ensure deliverables are met.

Identify pending problems and create plans to address identified issues.

Deliver regular status reports to organization stakeholders.

Work with the management team to develop a change management process to ensure project
success.

**Qualifications **

University degree in related field.

Experience and expertise in Sage X3 ERP an asset.

3+ years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects.

PMP certification or similar Project Management Certification

Strong Excel skills - vlookup, pivot table, etc.

Strong experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.

Ability to establish credibility, trust and respect with team members.

Reside in or be willing to commute to the Greater Toronto Area.

Experience with Warehouse Manage Systems and Transport Management Systems is an asset
