**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Associate to join our Saskatoon team and drive sales of HoopLife’s full product suite—camps, memberships, apparel, and select partnerships. You’ll make high-volume calls to parents and communities across Canada, build deep relationships with families, and close deals that fuel our mission. This full-time role, with a base salary plus commission, is for a proven seller with at least one year of sales experience who’s ready to own their targets and grow with us. **What You’ll Do**
- Contact communities across Canada to sell HoopLife clinics and camps, expanding our reach.
- Execute high-volume sales calls to parents, pitching HoopLife’s camps, memberships, and programs with precision and care.
- Sell all HoopLife products, including apparel and partnerships, staying flexible to the leadership team's priorities.
- Forge lasting relationships with families and prospects, turning conversations into loyal clients.
- Own the sales cycle—prospecting, presenting, and closing deals to smash monthly targets.
- Deliver an 11/10 client experience, ensuring every interaction inspires and builds trust.
- Keep an organized workspace when in-office, tackling every task with ownership, no matter how small.
- Work full-time, balancing calls, client meetings, and team collaboration to drive explosive growth.
- Coach athletes one day a week (basketball or strength training), connecting directly with the youth our partners support, ensuring you're connected to the clients you are selling.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
