Painters Helper

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the painting and staining for exterior and interior jobs
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and scraping.
- Help with the masking and covering of surrounding areas to prevent splattering and overspray.
- Move and set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in painting or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
