As a Nespresso Field Manager, you'll lead a team of Marketing and Training Representatives that are responsible for driving sales, increasing category share and brand awareness.

**What will you do?**
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management.
- Engage and excite customers and retail associates as a Nespresso product expert.
- Attend regular training events and complete assigned training to ensure expertise.
- Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
- Train retail associates on the Nespresso brand and its products.

**How will you succeed?**
- Going beyond what's expected to deliver results for Nespresso.
- Engaging customers by using exceptional communication skills.
- Exhibiting stellar time management, flexibility, accountability, and work ethic.
- Leveraging your consumer electronics acumen.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous telecommunications, mobile, or appliance experience would be an asset.
