**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspect Finished Products**: Perform quality control checks to ensure that the final finish meets specifications, checking for uniformity, defects, or imperfections in coverage.
- **Monitor and Adjust Booth Conditions**: Ensure the spray booth is operating within proper temperature, humidity, and airflow parameters to ensure optimal coating conditions.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Regularly clean and maintain spray booth equipment, including spray guns, nozzles, and air filtration systems, to ensure continued high performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for handling chemicals, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- **Document and Report**: Maintain accurate records of materials used, production times, and any issues encountered during the spray process. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Spray Booth Operator, Spray Painter, or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with spray guns, airless sprayers, HVLP systems, or automated spray equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on achieving a smooth, uniform finish with mínimal defects or imperfections.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- **Safety-Conscious**: Experience with safety protocols and handling hazardous materials. Knowledge of OSHA or other safety standards is preferred.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with other operators and production staff.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and provide feedback to supervisors or managers.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
