We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration processes. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their immigration goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and provide expert guidance on available options.
- **Sales Development**:

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, clearly outlining services and solutions.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, legal, or consulting sectors.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M9C 5L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
