ERTH Power Corporation (EPC) is a regional Local Distribution Company launched in July 2000 in the heart of Southwestern Ontario, representing the amalgamation of ten Public Utilities Commissions within the municipalities of Port Stanley, Aylmer, Belmont, Ingersoll, Thamesford, Otterville, Norwich, Burgessville, Beachville, Embro, Tavistock, Clinton, Mitchell, Dublin and Goderich Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer accounts with updated information
- Receive and Process payments on customer accounts
- Assist in collections functions

**Qualified applicants, who meet the following criteria, will be considered**:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma - Grade 12 minimum
- Recent experience performing relevant work in a customer service or call center setting
- Excellent interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and influencing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Computer and technology literate - proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
