**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to assemble metal components
- Operate machinery including plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
- Perform machining tasks and use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Conduct rigging operations safely when moving heavy materials or components
- Assemble ductwork and other fabricated items according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in welding techniques, specifically MIG and TIG welding
- Familiarity with operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong skills in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
- Experience in ductwork assembly or construction is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
