**Retail Stylist/Key Holder - Melanie Auld Jewelry**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Assist with daily management tasks, including opening/closing, receiving shipments, and merchandising.
- Solve customer service issues for both online and in-store purchases and repairs.
- Create a personalized experience for customers, offering honest and tailored styling advice for in-store and virtual appointments.
- Supervise and facilitate unique in-store experiences, such as bracelet welding and engraving.
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products to enhance customer service.
- Process customer exchanges, returns, and repairs efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure inventory control and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
- Uphold MAJ policies and procedures and act as a positive brand ambassador.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Passionate about jewelry and current fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Shopify, Lightspeed, and Acuity (preferred).
- Prior experience in jewelry production/repair and with engraving and welding machines (an asset).
- Must be available to work weekends, with a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.

**Job Details**:

- Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
- Hours: 25 - 35 per week
- Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
- Location: 2077 West 4th Ave. Vancouver, BC

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
