**Locations**

Vancouver / Richmond / Burnaby area

  • (Work location depends on assignment)_

⏰ **Shift Details**

  • Shifts between **6:00 AM and 5:00 AM** (depending on location)

- **40 hours per week**

- **8-hour shifts per day**

  • Night shifts required
  • Weekend & holiday availability required

**Compensation & Benefits**

  • **Starting wage**: $20.00/hour (+ tips after training period)

Your role at JAPADOG includes

✔ Menu development and testing new products

✔ Driving company van & food truck

✔ Loading and unloading supplies

✔ Setting up cooking equipment

✔ Cleaning & maintaining work areas

✔ Taking orders, cooking, and serving customers

✔ Providing excellent customer service

✔ Prepping food & managing supplies

✔ Progressing to shift management, inventory control, and team leadership

**Future Growth Plan**

**Step 1**: Start as a Cook

**Step 2**: After the training period, join the management team and take on leadership responsibilities

**Step 3**: Advance to Shift Manager or higher management roles

**Job Requirements**

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Work experience at a Japanese restaurant
  • Experience in menu development or food product creation
  • Passion for great service and quality
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow continuously
  • High sense of responsibility and ambition to help expand JAPADOG worldwide
