This is a permanent **FULL-TIME** position from Monday to Friday with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
- Assemble containers and crates, record contents manually or by computer, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
- May operate a forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods
- Verify orders being picked up to ensure correct quantities and no damage
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership
- Load wholesale parts in the delivery vehicle
- Forward parts information requests (applicability, availability, and pricing) from wholesale customers to parts advisors
- Inspect forklift daily and report any issues found
- WHMIS training kept updated
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods training kept current
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Ensure you are wearing proper footwear
- Locate phase special ordered parts
- Claiming damaged parts
- Putting stock away and entering parts
- Inventory counts & tracking
- Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Organizational Skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

- Able to lift minimum 50lbs
- Bending, crouching, and reaching

- Compentent with computers
- Performing routine tasks
- Accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school
- Forklift certificate is preferred but not required
- Experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
- Experience with Era Ignite, Infostream and EPC (Electric Parts Catalogue) is an asset but not required
- Experience with parts and shipping/receiving is an asset but not required
- Experience in the mining industry is an asset but not required
- Clean Driving record
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license

- 8 hour shift
