Our practice is dedicated to **providing top-tier dental care** using cutting-edge technology, including **CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, implants, surgical procedures, endodontics, and full restorative care**.

As a **Certified Dental Assistant**, you will play a vital role in supporting our **3 experienced doctors** while working alongside a clinical team with **10+ years of staff retention**. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Assistance & Patient Care**:

- Assist in all aspects of general dentistry, with the possibility of supporting specialized procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure an efficient clinical workflow
- Provide compassionate patient care and ensure a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

**Technology & Digital Dentistry**:

- Work with **CAD/CAM technology, digital scanning, and high-tech equipment**:

- Support the digital workflow, ensuring precision and efficiency in clinical procedures

**Team Collaboration & Office Efficiency**:

- Maintain a smooth and organized clinic environment
- Support colleagues and contribute to a **positive, team-oriented culture**:

- Follow strict infection control protocols to uphold the highest standard of care

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with valid BC certification**
✔ **IV Sedation Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)** - Priority will be given to applicants with this certification

**Pay & Job Type**:
**Starting at $35/hour**, based on skills, experience, and performance

**Full-Time, Permanent** (Part-time will be considered)
