Psychotherapist

Position: Registered Psychotherapist

Pay: Competitive split to be discussed in the interview

Start Date: ASAP

Hours of work: Negotiable. Preference to work during the week and/or weekend

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide appropriate assessment, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions for our patients
- Collect and maintain patient data for case management
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners at the clinic to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessment and treatment progress in the patient’s medical record

**Qualifications**:

- Current registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
- Qualified Psychotherapist
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Committed to patient-centered care
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Delivery of high-quality clinical work grounded in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); other techniques are an asset
- Experience in clinical social work /mental health counselling an asset
- New graduates are welcome
