**Overview**
Owen Sound Medical Imaging is seeking a receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone to work 1, 2, or 3 days a week (with no weekends). You let us know what would fit your schedule.

You would primarily be responsible for patient intake at the front desk; familiarity with Cerner scheduling program is a definite advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensuring that the patient information is correct within our system.

**Skills**
- Ability to cope with influx of patients; organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Proficiency in using Cerner scheduling
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient service.

Additional 4% vacation pay will be added to the salary.

Pay: $22.22 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 25 per week
