**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated Openers to join our team in the payment processing industry. The Opener plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth opening of the sales call and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls from a predictive dialer (No need to lead source)
- engage the owner or decision maker to listen to our offer.
- transfer the live call to a senior rep to continue the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English language skills
- Good listener (pick up on cues)
- Hard worker
- Reliable
- Prior industry experience an asset but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $32,500.00-$36,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
