Our Purpose: "We champion and empower workers who make our world work better" We currently have a Sales Associate position open at our Belleville ON location. - Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers. - Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation on the range of products available. - Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale. - Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values. - Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providing outstanding customer experiences. - Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships. - Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout. - Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. - Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution. - Please note that the responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive. Additional duties, tasks, and qualifications may be necessary and/or assigned as needed. Qualifications for Success: - A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication abilities with a strong commitment to customer service. - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to tackle new challenges. - Possess a mature attitude and a strong work ethic. - Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels. - Reliable, mature attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential. - Excellent team player and able to work with people on all levels.
