**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Delivery Drivers will operate a 24 ft./5-Ton straight truck or delivery van to deliver elevator parts and supplies to construction and maintenance sites across the GTA.

Drivers work under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. Pay is on an hourly basis and work is 40 hrs./wk. with occasional overtime required. This position is an integral part of the warehouse team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow safety best practices on the road and while loading/unloading
- Meet strict delivery schedules
- Load and unload cargo
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with dispatchers, drivers, and technicians
- Perform required vehicle checks and basic truck maintenance
- Obtain client or technician signatures when required
- Assist with various warehouse duties

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
- CVOR experience
- Familiar using GPS navigation systems
- 3+ years’ delivery driving experience in the GTA especially downtown Toronto
- Effective written and oral English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure deliveries are made on schedule
- Able to load and unload heavy cargo throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

**THE BENEFITS**
- Schedule: Full time; Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Competitive compensation; paid overtime after 40 hrs./wk.
