**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and package handling techniques.
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse.
