Assistant Brewer

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate assistant brewer to join our team at our growing farm brewery. We would love to hear from you if you feel qualified for the role and want to be a part of the Willibald team.

**Duties & Requirements**
- Beer production; all aspects from raw material handling and processing to packaging
- Assist in development of new recipes
- Operating, maintaining, and cleaning all process equipment including brewhouse and cellar tanks
- Management and documentation of standard brewers metrics such as pH, gravity, temperature, etc
- Assist in operating canning line & bottling equipment
- Keg cleaning & filling
- Commitment to safety principles and guidelines
- Responsible management of chemicals and hazardous materials
- Forklift operation
- Physical ability to lift 25kg regularly, move up and down ladders, stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work weekends periodically

**Experience**
- 2 + years experience of experience in production brewing
- Formal brewing experience is an asset
- Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of the brewing process and packaging process
