Weed Stoppers is an independently owned and operated landscape/lawn care business in the Waterloo Region. We pride ourselves on high-quality results and complete customer satisfaction.

We are growing and looking for a responsible, autonomous, driven, and meticulous individual for the **Landscaping Team Member position**. Your role will include working on a team of 1-3 in the Spring/Summer.

There is 1 full time role available.

In the spring/summer/Fall we work on a 4 X 10 hour day schedule and you can expect to have Friday-Sunday off during the summer weather depending.

Regular duties include but are not limited to:

- Lawn care and maintenance including lawn cutting, mowing and gardening using push mowers, zero turn mowers.
- Other duties may be required as needed.
- Operating snow removal tractors, snow blowers, hand shovel, salting in the winter as required.

**Requirements**:
Expected hours are 40+/week during the summer and a guaranteed hours program in the winter.

Expected hours during the winter are dependent on weather forecast. We offer a shared salting schedule is rotated every 2 weeks.

1 year of experience in lawn care is recommended.

**Salary**: $18.00 to 20.00 /hour based on experience.
